Here you can find answers to basic questions about what can go wrong with our bones, joints, muscles, tendons, ligaments and nerves. Known as the musculoskeletal system, it is indeed truly amazing, but as we all know, not infallible. Common issues and conditions will be addressed from the perspective of the you, the curious consumer. Medical terminology and complicated patho-physiology will be kept to a minimum; the focus will be on direct explanations as to why we hurt, and what can be done about it.
